Payments & Prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order will be summarized at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

 
We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout: Shop online with ease, flexibility, and security using Klarna Checkout.

By answering a few simple questions, you can quickly identify yourself and choose the payment method that best suits your needs. A unique feature of Klarna Checkout is that we separate the purchase from the payment. First, you confirm your purchase, then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or with card or bank transfer. It's all equally secure.

Payment terms are also displayed in the checkout under the respective payment options.

 
Deliveries and returns

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate of 40 SEK (regardless of order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden.

  • Delivery within 30 days to the nearest pick-up point.

  • Shipping terms are also displayed in the checkout under the respective shipping method.

  • If not specified, a 30-day delivery time applies.

  • If an item has a different delivery time, this will be stated for the respective item.

  • If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by email.

  • As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays.

  • We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.

  • There may be times when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example, if our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us.

  • We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it's defective or we made a mistake with your order. Please don't send returns using cash on delivery; a standard letter or package is preferred. For exchanges, we'll cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Selling Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a larger part of it). The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition and in the original packaging.

If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has resulted in the returned item being worth less, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the amount to be refunded. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
